He is a qualified Google Advertising Professional and a frequent speaker at B2B conferences on the subjects of web design, e-commerce and spam emails.

An industry leader, Andrew’s sector experience spans corporate, government and SMEs. His expert delivery of website strategies and business focused online solutions is underpinned by an in depth understanding of the internet.

In spearheading NetBop and its team of designers and programmers, Andrew’s philosophy is to provide effective website development services on time and on budget.

Gareth Evans
Web Developer

Gareth joined NetBop in 2007 bringing five years web development industry experience to the development team.

He combines creativity with business orientated solutions that help websites deliver commercially beyond client expectations.

In addition to designing and building websites, Gareth boasts up to date knowledge of website usability and accessibility as well as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques and strategies.

Thinking out of the box, he has advised numerous companies on using the web to reach different markets. His portfolio includes e-commerce sites that within their first year have generated over a £million in turnover from a starting point of zero.

Chris Andrews
Web Programmer

Chris joined the team in 2006 and is NetBop’s lead web programmer with particular expertise in the area of e-commerce.

He has provided on line retail solutions and implemented effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies for a wide range of clients, often simplifying the buying and selling process for both the customer and business alike.

Chris’s experiences covers public sector and corporate clients including developing specialist student resource systems for local schools, database applications for local NHS Trusts and a recent recruitment system for the Serious Fraud Office.

Danny Jones
Web Developer

Danny is the newest member of the NetBop Development team and after working with us in 2009, we recently welcomed him back on board with us full-time.

He has already worked on several of our high profile web projects and continues to build website which are visually appealing and compatible with all the latest gadgets (Iphone, Ipad. Blackberry etc.).

Humam Shbib
.Net Developer

Humam is the latest recruit to join us and is already settling in well. He recently graduated with a First Class (Distinction) in Advanced Computer Science and is working on a number of web application developments primarily in .NET and other emerging technologies.

His focus and passion is to create complex applications, which operate quickly, efficiently and most of all are easy to use and keep the customer's attention.

Sam Barker
Office Administrator

Sam joined us earlier in 2012, and is now working towards an NVQ level in Administration. He has a strong interest in all things web-related and previously studied Creative Computer Games Design at degree level. He has excellent customer-facing skills, and a firm grasp of business organisation.

Sam is proving to be invaluable when it comes to running the NetBop office.
