About us

Founded in 2002, NetBop is an award-winning web design and development company based in central Swansea.

We are a team of six providing web based services to organisations all over the UK from one man bands and SMEs to blue chip companies and government departments.

The NetBop approach is simple. We translate business goals into effective website design, providing user-friendly sites and web solutions to meet commercial objectives.

The internet is at the core of NetBop. We don’t profess to be expert in anything other than this revolution in global visibility and communication. We appreciate it, understand it, and can transform businesses overnight by harnessing its power to get results.

Our services include website design and development, e-commerce, e-marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), bespoke development and hosting.

Whether launching a new website, re-positioning an existing brand or reducing the cost per sale, NetBop applies a strategic approach to the planning and development of client websites.

We understand our clients, retain our clients, and repeatedly win new business based on their recommendations. We welcome feedback, and talk to our clients regularly in order to refine and improve our service in line with what the market demands.

Such a dynamic, forward thinking philosophy keeps us ahead of the game, helping us stand out from the crowd. In addition to earning Investors in People accreditation, we’ve a host of industry awards including finalist of FSB Small Business Champions, winner of the Wales Hot 100 Award, as well as magazine plaudits in Web User and Buy It Active.
