Web firm celebrates Investors in People Accreditation in Swansea

Swansea website development company NetBop, held a celebration at their Wind Street offices to mark their successful re-accreditation of the Investors in People status.
Staff at NetBop were congratulated with a celebratory cake to mark the achievement, and were formally presented with the Investors In People plaque, which will go on display in the office.
NetBop is a rapidly expanding website development company employing 6 full time members of staff in Swansea city centre and services a wide customer base of local and national businesses, to international clients in USA and Dubai. The company was originally awarded investors status in January 2010 and received glowing reports from its assessors.
Investors in People is the most successful framework for business improvement through people in the UK. By achieving their accreditation, NetBop joins an exclusive group of UK employers eligible to use and display the sought after Investors in People logo and plaque.
Speaking after the presentation event, Andrew Downie, Director of NetBop commented:
