NetBop invest in a City Centre commercial premises

The web development and e-commerce provider NetBop continues to invest in Swansea with the purchase of its own commercial premises on Princess Way in the heart of Swansea City Centre.

In a transaction which has taken over 6 months to complete will see the transformation of a brand new 2000 sq foot, Class A3 Retail ‘empty shell’ premises to a fully functional state of the art open plan offices in a £45,000 fit-out. Since the property was built back in 2010 as part of the Excelsior Development it had remained empty, whereas the rest of the 7 storey apartment’s and Travelodge was immediately filled.
The re-development work started on the premises in late November and are expected to complete in late December.
