Web firm NetBop completes new acquisition (PVM Web Design)

Swansea’s web design & development company NetBop Technologies has acquired PVM Web Design.
The deal will help NetBop further expand its portfolio of clients across the South Wales area and continue to grow its offering of web development, hosting and domain management services to clients.

“The acquisition was an excellent match for our business as we have been building a strong client base of Small to Medium size businesses across South Wales for many years now.” Said Andrew Downie, managing director of NetBop.
“Surprisingly, we have been approached by a number of Web Development companies over recent months and are now in final discussions on a second acquisition with an 8 year established business in the Midlands.”
